At GPI, we use the gold standard in nutrition programming to help you reach your goals. We use what is called the Resting Metabolic Rate Test via indirect calorimetry. With this technology, we are able to measure how many calories your body burns at rest, and estimate your total daily caloric burn. This information is vital, because if we know how many calories your body burns daily, we will be able to devise an appropriate caloric intake to allow you to reach your goals safely and efficiently.
Want to train like a professional athlete? Strength and Conditioning is vital to improving athletic performance and minimizing the risk of injury within the sport. At GPI, we train athletes to improve key performance indicators, such as strength, power, endurance, body composition, mobility, stability, etc. We use the latest protocols and methodologies in sports science to ensure our strength and conditioning sessions are productive and progressive towards the athletes goals.
